Print Depop labels on a 4×6 thermal printer
If your Depop label lands on a full page, your thermal printer will shrink it or cut it off. Our free Chrome extension crops it to a single 4×6 label as soon as you download it.
- Free, no account
- Works with Rollo, Munbyn, Zebra & more
- Label never leaves your computer
Can you choose a 4×6 label on Depop? Not directly.
Depop gives you the carrier’s label as a PDF (plus a QR code option for USPS drop-off). There’s no label-size setting, so what you print is whatever that PDF is.
- No label-size option in Depop’s selling settings
- Printer “fit to page” shrinks a full-page label to unreadable
- USPS QR code: no printing needed, the Post Office prints it
- Printing at home: crop the PDF to just the label, then print it at 4×6
The free fix: FlipperTools for Chrome
One small extension that does the cropping for you. It finds the label on the page, trims off the instructions and white space, turns it upright, and gives you a print-ready 4×6.
- 1
Add it to Chrome
Install FlipperTools and switch on “Depop 4×6 Labels”.
- 2
Download your label
From depop.com it opens already cut to 4×6. From the Depop email, the cropper opens and you drop the PDF in.
- 3
Print at 4×6
Hit Print. One sharp label, barcode at full size, ready for your thermal printer.
Your label is processed inside your browser. Your buyer’s address is never uploaded. Labels are cropped as vectors, so barcodes stay crisp and scan first time.

Thermal printer settings for Depop labels
Once the label is cropped to 4×6, use these settings in the print dialog. They’re the same for Rollo, Munbyn, Zebra, Jadens, HPRT and other 4×6 thermal printers.
| Paper / label size | 4×6 in (or 100×150 mm) |
|---|---|
| Orientation | Portrait |
| Scale | 100% / “Actual size”, not “Fit to page” |
| Margins | None |
| Pages | All (one label per page) |
Still printing onto two labels? Set the scale to 95%. A hair of white border keeps everything on one label.
No extension? How to crop a Depop label by hand
It works, it just takes a minute per label:
On a Mac (Preview)
- Open the Depop PDF in Preview.
- Drag a box around just the label.
- Tools → Crop (⌘K).
- If it’s landscape, Tools → Rotate Left.
- Print with the settings above.
On Windows
- Open the PDF and zoom so the label fills the screen.
- Snipping Tool (Win + Shift + S) around the label.
- Paste into Photos or Paint, rotate if needed.
- Print on 4×6 with “Fit picture to frame”.
- Check the barcode isn’t blurry before you stick it on.
The screenshot route works, but it’s lower resolution than the original PDF, so barcodes can scan badly. The extension crops the PDF itself, so nothing gets blurry.
Depop label FAQ
Can I change the label size on Depop?+
Depop gives you a downloadable PDF label (and, for USPS, a QR code you can show at drop-off instead of printing). There’s no label-size option to pick, so if your PDF comes out as a full page you need to crop it to print on a 4×6 thermal label.
Do I have to print my Depop label at all?+
Not always. For USPS shipments Depop also emails a QR code you can show at the Post Office to have the label printed there. If you print at home on a thermal printer, use the PDF.
Why does my Depop label print tiny or cut off?+
Your printer is scaling a full page to fit a 4×6 label, or printing at 100% and running off the edge. Crop to just the label, then print at 100% with no margins.
My Depop label is already 4×6. Do I need this?+
No. If the PDF is already label-sized, print it at 100% scale with no margins. If you open it in the cropper anyway, it spots that and keeps the page as it is.
Does it work with labels from the Depop email?+
Yes. Download the PDF from the email link in Chrome and the cropper opens asking for it: drag the file in from the download bar. You can also click the FlipperTools icon → Open and drop the PDF in.
Is it free? Is my label uploaded anywhere?+
It’s free with no account, and the label is cropped inside your own browser. Your buyer’s address never leaves your computer.
