Print Poshmark labels on a 4×6 thermal printer
Poshmark can make 4×6 labels, but only once you find the setting, and never for labels it already made. Here’s the setting, plus a free Chrome extension that crops any full-page Poshmark label to 4×6.
- Free, no account
- Works with Rollo, Munbyn, Zebra & more
- Label never leaves your computer
Can you change the label size on Poshmark? Yes, for new labels.
Poshmark defaults to 8.5×11 labels, but you can switch to 4×6: Me tab → Seller Tools → Settings → Shipping Label Settings → 4×6 in the app (on the web: Account Settings → Shipping Label Settings).
The catch is that it only changes labels created after you switch.
- New labels after you switch come out 4×6 and print as-is
- Labels made before you switched stay 8.5×11, even when you re-download them
- Printer “fit to page” just shrinks the whole letter sheet
- For those: crop the PDF to just the label, then print it at 4×6
The free fix: FlipperTools for Chrome
One small extension that does the cropping for you. It finds the label on the page, trims off the instructions and white space, turns it upright, and gives you a print-ready 4×6.
- 1
Add it to Chrome
Install FlipperTools and switch on “Poshmark 4×6 Labels”.
- 2
Download your label
Download the label from the order on poshmark.com. Full-page labels open already cropped.
- 3
Print at 4×6
Hit Print. One sharp label, barcode at full size, ready for your thermal printer.
Your label is processed inside your browser. Your buyer’s address is never uploaded. Labels are cropped as vectors, so barcodes stay crisp and scan first time.

Thermal printer settings for Poshmark labels
Once the label is cropped to 4×6, use these settings in the print dialog. They’re the same for Rollo, Munbyn, Zebra, Jadens, HPRT and other 4×6 thermal printers.
| Paper / label size | 4×6 in (or 100×150 mm) |
|---|---|
| Orientation | Portrait |
| Scale | 100% / “Actual size”, not “Fit to page” |
| Margins | None |
| Pages | All (one label per page) |
Still printing onto two labels? Set the scale to 95%. A hair of white border keeps everything on one label.
No extension? How to crop a Poshmark label by hand
It works, it just takes a minute per label:
On a Mac (Preview)
- Open the Poshmark PDF in Preview.
- Drag a box around just the label.
- Tools → Crop (⌘K).
- If it’s landscape, Tools → Rotate Left.
- Print with the settings above.
On Windows
- Open the PDF and zoom so the label fills the screen.
- Snipping Tool (Win + Shift + S) around the label.
- Paste into Photos or Paint, rotate if needed.
- Print on 4×6 with “Fit picture to frame”.
- Check the barcode isn’t blurry before you stick it on.
The screenshot route works, but it’s lower resolution than the original PDF, so barcodes can scan badly. The extension crops the PDF itself, so nothing gets blurry.
Poshmark label FAQ
How do I change my Poshmark shipping label to 4×6?+
In the Poshmark app go to the Me tab → Seller Tools → Settings → Shipping Label Settings (on the web: Account Settings → Shipping Label Settings) and choose 4×6. From then on, new labels are generated at 4×6 and print straight onto a thermal label.
I changed the setting but my label is still 8.5×11. Why?+
The setting only applies to labels created after you change it. Labels that already existed — for example a sale you accepted before switching, or a label you are re-downloading — stay 8.5×11. Those need cropping, which the FlipperTools extension does automatically.
Why does my Poshmark label print tiny or across two labels?+
Your thermal printer is trying to fit a full 8.5×11 page onto a 4×6 label. With “fit to page” the label shrinks; at 100% scale only part of it fits and the rest spills onto a second label. Cropping to just the label first fixes both.
Does it work with Rollo, Munbyn, Zebra, Jadens and HPRT printers?+
Yes. The cropper outputs a standard 4×6 inch PDF, which any 4×6 thermal label printer can print. Use 4×6 paper, 100% scale and no margins.
Is it free? Is my label uploaded anywhere?+
It’s free with no account, and the label is cropped inside your own browser. Your buyer’s address never leaves your computer.
Does it work in the Poshmark app?+
The cropper is a Chrome extension, so it runs on a computer. Download the label from poshmark.com in Chrome on your Windows PC, Mac or Chromebook.
