How Depop fees work in 2026
Since 2024 Depop hasn’t charged US or UK sellers a selling fee. What you do pay is the payment processing fee on every sale, and a boosting fee if you paid to boost the listing and the item sold through it.
- Selling fee: 0% in the US and UK.
- Payment processing (US): 3.3% + $0.45 of the total, including shipping and tax.
- Boosted listings: 12% of the item price on sales that come from a boost.
- Refunds: fees are returned to you when you refund a sale.
Worked example
You sell a vintage tee for $35 on Depop. The buyer pays $5 shipping and 7% sales tax. You paid $5 for it.

How much does Depop take in 2026?+
In the US, Depop charges no selling fee. You pay only payment processing: 3.3% + $0.45 of the total the buyer pays (item, shipping and tax). If the sale came from a Boosted listing, Depop also takes 12% of the item price.
Did Depop remove its 10% fee?+
Yes, for sellers in the US and UK. The 10% selling fee was removed in 2024. Buyers now pay a marketplace fee instead. Sellers in other countries still pay 10%.
How much is the Depop boost fee?+
Boosted listings cost 12% in the US and UK for listings boosted from March 23, 2026 (it was 8%). You only pay it if the item sells through the boost. It is charged on the item price, plus shipping if you use your own label.
What are Depop fees in the UK?+
UK sellers also pay no selling fee. Payment processing is 2.9% + £0.30 per transaction, and boosted sales cost 12%.
