About the Pentax Super Program
The Super Program (Super A in some markets) offers program and shutter-priority modes with Pentax-A lenses, plus aperture priority and manual with any K-mount lens, with LCD readouts on top and in the viewfinder. Unlike the ME Super it cannot fire at all once its batteries are exhausted.
What affects the price
- Whether the shutter fires at every speed. Slow speeds that drag or a shutter that sticks cut the value sharply.
